Worldwide Shipping

At Risen Lotus, we proudly ship worldwide.

Every order is carefully packed, tracked, and insured to help ensure it reaches you safely.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.


Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we will work with you to help locate your shipment whenever possible.

Risen Lotus is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding claims involving lost or stolen packages after delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

Risen Lotus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@risenlotus.com. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment, we will do our best to assist.
